About Me
I am a 43 year old mum of two and wife and also a part time primary school teacher. I have been involved in fitness since high school but have had ups and downs with my relationship with food and exercise and have learnt a lot along the way. I believe  in strongly in holistic health and as part of that I feel that a strong healthy body contributes to a healthy mind. Nutrition is also a key factor in whole health and I offer advice to help optimise your diet and get results.
